Black Star canyon is one of the only truly beautiful and wild places left in southern CA. the main problem is that people come up there and treat the land like it belongs to them. they leave there trash out there, go off from the main road, steel stuff, and other things of that nature. me and my family get along fine with the people who respect the rules and respect the land. that earns respect from us. the canyon is our backyard and when people trash it it is like people dumping out your trash cans in your yard. people love it out there because it is so beautiful and we want it to stay that way.

the idiots who go out there and are scared of all the ghosts shouldn't worry about it. rest assured they are harmless. in fact they have been so scared to show themselves that they have actually never even been seen by people. it would seem like they are not there at all. wait........................ o haha..... i forgot...... THERE ARE NO GHOSTS.

The "Scary Bus"

This Bus was not filled with any children. It wasn't any sort of scary occurence. It was just abandoned there. No one died in it as far as we know. Henry can probably tell you more about that.

The Truth About Black Star Canyon

Truth about this place is that it is a beutiful place that has gotten a bad rep. I have only been out there once but it was one of the best expierienes of my life. The rumors about the locals being mean are untrue. treat them with the same respect you wish to recieve and they will treat you well. Black Star Bill (William Studer) was the only squatter out there and he has been gone for about 6 years now. Arthur Tuttle is a born again Christian who is a very nice person. I have had the privalege of knowing Art on a personal level through his son Henry who attends my scshool and church. Art is one of the smartest people I know and is very kind. Not once has he cussed in my presence. I feel that he has been abused as a property owner and things would have turned out better if the people who had visited his area hadn't been so dumb about the things they did. Littering, shooting things, ect.
